THE GRAND GALLERY exists to support and showcase the work of talented local artists by providing year-round visibility, opportunities for engagement, and a welcoming platform for sales and community connection. Rooted in the creative legacy of artist Bill Weber, the gallery fosters a vibrant cultural presence in Oakland’s Jack London Square, serving as a space where art, artists, and the public meet.
